  • Have got the form but yet to complete and send back yet, what are my chances of a result?

If you do not fill in the form then it is 0%. Personally I think 50/50. Complete the form in full with HOUSEHOLD income and expenditure and send them copies of arrears notices to support your claim.

  • Received an offer of £2061.00 from First Trust today as full and final settlement of my hardship claim with the understanding that the rest of my claim in connection with charges depends on the outcome of the test case. I had claimed £6871.00 plus interest.

This seems a good offer providing the test case goes the right way. What does everyone thing?

30% of the claim is pretty good. I think the way you decide is really whether the amount which should be paid into the account where the charges have come from will alleviate your financial hardship as it stands today and allows you to repay your arrears.
