Reporting shill bidding - anonymous?

Does anyone know if I report a shilling seller to ebay will I remain anonymous to the offending seller? I have had a successful transaction with the seller in the past so he has all my details and I don't want a torrent of abuse if ebay act against him.

They have no way of knowing who reported them.My TV is broken!
