The neighbour’s property at a lower price may be not in identical condition/same facilities as yours. You can ignore it or re-price yours. You should of course know if your price is right.
Go back on the market today. There was never a reason to take it off.
Unfortunately they upped their offer on the basis that we took the house off the market immediately - as we were keen to sell we accepted.0 -
Maybe you should bear with them for a while then, especially if it's an extremely good offer as that shows reasonably high interest.
Unfortunately they can still leave you high and dry.0 -

Thanks - I think I'll be patient for another 10 days and then try to go back with a deadline0 -
Do you know who is actually holding things up? I had my vendors EA chase me yesterday, as they thought things had stopped moving. I'm waiting on their solicitor, nowt to do with my side, but their EA had been told I was holding things up. Not sure if it was just them prodding, or if their sol really had said it was our ball. Without their planning permission and drain reports I'm doing nowt!0
