Holiday scam - Credit Card Fraud?

My wife took a phone call from someone purporting to be from Barclaycard informing her that she had won a family holiday to Florida, plus a cruise to the Bahamas including flights, food and accomodation. To confirm they were from Barclaycard they gave her the first four digits and the last four digits of her credit card…

I don't want to buy or win anything over the phone/email. If someone CONTACTS ME rather than the other way around they get only two words out of me, one of them being off and the the starting with a letter just after E. :eek: often followed by " oh hello mother, I didn't realise it way you!"
