Reclaim and IVA

I took an IVA last December, and one of my creditors was Halifax plc. Months before my IVA I appplied for a reclaim of bank charges, which is pending the final result we are all waiting for.What will happen if I am due repayment from Halifax, because I have since moved address and creditors arent supposed to contact me.?
The amount for the unfair charges was more than I owe them through the IVA.

the amount they owe you will go to the IVA (and it should be proportionally split rather than just paying off halifax) you really need to speak to your IP about it before you do anything.LegalBeagles0
