FTB New Build - Bank Survey Devaluation

2»

Comments

  • The builder has accepted the original valuation which is £10k under, I am very pleased though took 6 stressful weeks to get to this conclusion. I ended up sending an e-mail to the MD of the building company (nicely put) of how the delay is for someone buying, how I am living in my friends back bedroom (true), etc, etc. it worked!

Looks like I will be in for end Nov and extremely happy.

    Good luck all.

Good to know the builders are being forced to reduce their prices, lets hope for more of this so are generation can get into home ownership.

    Thanks Cannon Fodder.

I just wonder what the chances are of this happening?

You sound like you'd rather be paying more (with someone elses money) for the house.
  • Yes a small victory for the struggling house buyer, still a little over priced but still happy, completion 27th Nov - whoaa!!!
