I just thought it looked like a couple of t1ts, which seemed quite appropriate given the contributors on this thread.

All I can say is thank goodness this crash is finally over. 2009 is the year that the property market recovered.
Round my way house prices are up 10% since the start of the year. Let's hope they rise another 10% over the next nine months. That way it means that no-one loses out0 -
