Lawn/Garden Weed - Slender Speedwell

Can anyone help me to get rid of this garden weed. It's a perennial problem and most proprietary general all purpose weed killers that I seem to buy from Homebase etc just don't seem to touch it.
Any gardening experts out there?

This seems to be the one weed I don't have in my garden - definitely have all the rest though!
