I was watching YouTube yesterday evening after 18:00 hours 6p.m onwards I noticed that YouTube Videos were intermittently freezing on the popular Video Sharing Site
Normally back in August YouTube was working just fine I think its perhaps evening "Congestion" on YouTube Servers I have fairly fast broadband is there any solution to this?
I tried logging into ww wyoutubeca in Canada no difference I was thinking about trying to use a subscription high speed proxy all the free ones are too slow for video streaming.
Is there anywebsite I can check the loading on Youtube throughout the day etc in the difference global timezones
