The prize is for a 10 night Mediterranean cruise for 2 people based on double occupancy aboard Seven Seas Mariner on an ‘all inclusive’ basis including flights port charges and gratuities. Transfers & Travel Insurance are not included.
Both adult passengers must be aged 18 or over and hold a valid passport and, if applicable visas. The prize is only valid for the departure date of 7th April 2010 for a 10 night Mediteranean cruise chosen by regent and the winner will be notified of the cruise 30 days prior to sailing. While every effort is made to ensure all prize draw details are correct at time of going to press, IPC cannot be held responsible for incorrect prize details supplied by the supplier of the prize. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable. The prize is subject to availability. In the event that the prize advertised becomes unavailable the supplier will offer a prize of greater or equivalent value.
The closing date for the prize draw is 1st February 2010 and the winner will be notified by post on the 5th February 2010. The independent judge’s decision is final. No correspondence can be entered into and no entry returned.
The name of the prize winner will be made available after 5th February 2010 to those enclosing a S.A.E to the address below. Persons involved in the promotion and execution of the draw, employees of IPC Media Ltd and their relatives are not eligible for entry, neither are persons under the age of 18 nor persons resident outside the UK. The winner will be the first entry drawn after the closing date. Entry implies acceptance of these rules
