after winning the case against GE Money before they repaid me, Santander bought their credit card division.
who do i issue the warrant against? and can i issue the warrant in a different name to the defendant (GE Money)?

Is it a default judgement ie that the judgement went in your favour because they did not defend the case?after winning the case against GE Money before they repaid me, Santander bought their credit card division.
