    New? No. As kb points out, you may pick up a refurb or b-grade that cheap, but you'll probably have to live with a few marks and/or dead/stuck pixels.

    Unfortunately, LCD monitors have gone up in price quite a bit in the last year or so.

    Aria fairly regularly have a 19" wide on at just over 60 quid, as here, but they sell out quick usually as you can see <
    that's prob the best brand harry spankers you'll get anytime soon, unless you luck into a one-off clearance in a supermarket :)
