Can you reclaim twice?

I successfully reclaimed charges from the halifax, think it was about 4 years ago.
I still get charges, its becoming a viscious circle for me and I've not been managing to keep up with my utility direct debits.
I'm a single mum of 3, I only work part time 20 hours a week so things are tight for me as it is.

Could I start the proceedings again?

TIA

  • I dont see why not, the charges are just as unfair as your last claim.

If the Supreme Court(I think I called it the Constitutional court in another post) decides in favour of the OFT we move onto part 2 of the test case which is specifically about which terms are unfair. The OFT could get an injunction against the charges at that point.
