I personally dont trust littlewoods anyway. they are an awful company who try and screw you over. my partner stupidly set up an account to do a pay monthly deal thingy. what they didnt tell himwas everytime they sent him an invoice or bill or whatever they called it, they added £12 to his total! when he said he needs to pay calendar monthly they said they could only do it every 28 days so every 28 days he gets another bill with another £12 even if he calls them to arrange a payment date. they con you. its a whirlpool hes struggling with and they want it that way. i wouldnt trust any offer they use.

I've been a customer of Littlewoods/kays and choice (all same group) for years and years now, never had a problem with them- they charge you £12 if you do not pay your statement on time - if your partner is being charged £12 each statement, then he can't be making his payments on time - that is no different to any other company who charge for late payments, failed dd's etc - it is every 28 days - one month each year I have to make 2 payments but these are all part of their terms and conditions which your partner would/should have read when he applied for his credit account.0

This would be the same with any credit agreement I would suspect. I've also been with them for several years and they only charge the £12 fee when you don't pay on time. I overlooked a payment when my sister died and was charged, but a quick email to them had the charge removed as it was obvious from my account that I had never failed to pay on time before. If your partner can only pay calender monthly then he needs to keep back the payment money due for when he gets his bill!! If he can't afford to do that then he shouldn't have taken out the agreement. The fact that they want their money on time does not make them a bad company :rolleyes:Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0 -

Be careful with liitlewoods code if the code was not sent to you you may find they wont honour it, this was given widespread publicity over a year ago in media0

I have done this twice, the first time Littlewoods phoned me and said the order didn't go through as the item was out of stock as I think too many people were using the code. The second time I used it, they phoned me to say the code didn't go through and I wouldn't be charged as the order never went through. Guess what? £15 was taken out of my account and they are disputing it.0

I remember the fiasco from 2007 whereby Littlewoods cancelled the voucher after goods received by purchaser and charged the value of the vouchers to them (myself included).
Eventually sorted (and refunded to those penalised by Littlewoods) thanks to Martin's intervention - there must be a thread on this somewhere.
Don't take chances with these people.0
