it wasnt showing online when I ordered, the charges were for power, passes and linen, they said I had to have?
I am aware of the extras just found it higher then others.

You dont have to have linen or passes if you dont want them you just ring up and they take it off

I cancelled the linen to save £11 at Butlins and took my own - i didn't have to use it though it was already on. I don't think they are organised enough to remove linen from individual chalets because all the regular customers have it included

I had wanted to get somewhere in Paris and wouldn't have minded any dates, as it stands we are now going to Isle of Wight end of April (Mon-Fri) can anyone give me any help with cheap ferries there please as can't seem to get there. . . . . .
