Private parking ticket

Over the past month`s i`ve been receiving the usual bully boy letters from a company called CCS Collect based in Thornton Heath, however the latest development is the receipt of a solicitors letter, funny thing is it was sent from the offices of CCS.The solicitor is based in Leeds.I`m told that solicitors bulk out these letters for about £1.50 each but if it was sent from CCS are they passing off?

Saw a TV program on debt collection recently including hidden camera filming inside the operation of one firm which was operating a solicitors from the same address and the same staff were ringing people perporting to work for either the debt collection agency or the solicitor. It was used as a way of strong arming debtors.
