recomendations for eating out in Cornwall

Hi There,
We are staying in Helson, Cornwall next week and just wondered if anyone had any recomendations or offers for restaurants in that area (lizard, st ives, Penzance etc....) On the way down we are also thinking of stopping in Newquay so any recomendations for there would be great to.

If you can get in at such short notice, I would highly recommend Jamie Oliver's Cornish branch of his "15" restaurant at Watergate Bay (Just north of Newquay) Great food, fabulous views and not over the top price-wise.

Thank you, I have looked and it looks lovely. Unfortunatly I just dont think it would be suitable for my 11 month old son
