ebay live help where is it

i know its on here somewhere but i really cant find it

has anyone got the link for ebay live help or a phone number

i listed 26 items yesterday with the feature plus box checked by accident

resulting in fees of over £40

the items will prob only sell for 99p if that

what can i do

desperate as need to make money not waste it atm
