I am looking for some help. I am currently with Scottish Hydro I have been with them for approx just over a year. They have only once provided me with an accurate bill once, all others have been estimated which I didn't realise. So now I owe £315 to Gas and £377 to Elec, I am now paying £126 in total to them. I am finding this really difficult to afford at the moment, I am already in a DMP, but anytime I ask Scottish Hydro for help they say that actually I should be paying more, which they have agreed to keep it as what it is.

I would really like to move supplier and have checked online and based on my current usage I could save £100 per year, but I can't move due to owing money. Can anyone give me help on any options I may have available to me? Thanks

Your only option if you want to move, is borrow the money and pay off the arrears. I appreciate that being on a DMP will make that difficult.
