Frannyann if you send me a PM with your names and the reason for Jessicas trust (a little history about Jessicas life) then I would be more than happy to write you a little poem to place in your invitations if it's not too late. Best wishes for the big day.
Oh that is very kind of you, I will do that xx:rotfl:Ahahah got my signature removed for claiming MSE thought it was too boring :rotfl:0 -
Just a thought, how do I deal with the 'oldies' (mainly OH family) who we know will be a 'bit' off at the 'wacky' idea and want a present to actually give us??
Hi, just wanted to let you know our experience.
We did a similar thing to you, using the 'alternative wedding list' websitefor donations to our favoured charities, but with some things on a more traditional list for the few relatives who wanted it. Most of them then promptly ignored our list and bought presents directly to the wedding.
So don't worry about it, those that want to give you a particular gift will do it regardless of whether or not you have a list.
Have fun with the rest of your planning :T0
