We are currently doing a house exchange and last tuesday (1 Sept) our purchaser had the survey done on our house - How long will it be from now until she receives an offer from Abbey? Would we be talking weeks or days?

Well, we had our offer in our hands 2 days after the survey was done by Abbey, so hopefully it should be any day now.0

Lets hope ours is 2 days after the survey is done.We are still waiting for it to be done though with Abbey National.
How long did you have to wait from your application to the survey to be done?

It wasn't me buying but the person purchasing my house so unsure of when they actually applied for the mortgage.0
