    1. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only excluding employees of the promoter, Shortlist, their families, agents and anyone else connected with the promotion. No purchase necessary.

    2. Only one entry per person.

    3. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any illegible entries or those which are delayed or not delivered. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.

    4. The prize-winner and their guest will need to confirm they are over 18 before taking up the prize. The promoter reserves the right to select alternative winners, should the original winner and guest not be contactable within a reasonable timeframe or should the original winner and guest not validate all of their identity, age or their ability to take up the prize within 3 days of notification. The prize draw will be supervised by an independent person and will take place on 21 September. The prize-winner will be the first name drawn at random from all valid entries.
    5. The prize-winner will be notified within 14-days and receive further details of their prize within 7 days of verification of their age, as required above.

    6. All entrants to competitions and offers are deemed to have accepted these rules and agreed to be bound by them and agree to co-operate in any publicity that may arise which may include their name or image being used on websites, magazines or mobile services at any time as a result of the competition.

    7. Details of entries will be kept on a database and may be used and passed to third parties to enable the processing of Competition and prize fulfilment. This information may be used by ShortList Media Ltd or the providers of the prize for marketing purposes.

    8. Where ShortList Media Ltd runs a competition with a promoter such that the promoter is responsible for the selection and/or the provision of prizes then ShortList Media Ltd shall not be responsible for or have any liability for the provision of such prizes.

    9. No purchase necessary.

A list of the 98 nicknames for New York is here:
    http://www.barrypopik.com/index.php/new_york_city/entry/98_nicknames/

The Windy City is not on the list, so I would agree that is the answer.

I thought that myself and it would certainly make more sense to ask what was the nickname for NYC, especially given that the NYC reference to The City of Cities relates apparently to a book. Nevertheless I've gone with Windy City. Ho Hum:beer:

    I'm inclined to agree.

It may be best to hold off entering ATM, and I'll keep an eye on the website to see if they correct it.

In the meantime I'll email them, and post if I get a reply.

    EDIT: email just sent.
