I cant do that as I dont have a card reader (and I refuse to use one as they wont tell me what happens if I enter the wrong code into it)

Can I do that in person at branch?? Or do I have to pay a fee?

Try doing it over the phone. They will use the same password etc as you use online. They should do it no problems with no fees :D I did it when I was away and needed money transfered for an emergency, showed the same day. You can do it in person at a branch too, however phone is easier/quicker.

Going to the Hospital to see if can get a facelift:rotfl:....no, honestly! My Grandad had eyebrows which 'drooped' a bit and mine will go the same way...its collagen breakdown evidently....so I'm getting in NOW so that I can make a big play of it and get them done for free! I cant afford £2000!

Apart from that, Bristol meet and .....dunno, lots of walking, maybe fishing?

Oh good stuff. Hope they don't lift them too high or you'll look permanently surprised ;)

Thanks Pap - dont have phone banking set-up and work next to a branch so will go in tomorrow and try to do it - its for my friends wedding in Canada - I could just change the money and send it with them hanged but it makes sense for them to do the whole lot at once (less fees :D) and then put mine in the card I'm going to send :D
