I cant do that as I dont have a card reader (and I refuse to use one as they wont tell me what happens if I enter the wrong code into it)
Can I do that in person at branch?? Or do I have to pay a fee?
Try doing it over the phone. They will use the same password etc as you use online. They should do it no problems with no fees
I did it when I was away and needed money transfered for an emergency, showed the same day. You can do it in person at a branch too, however phone is easier/quicker. 0 -

Thanks Pap - dont have phone banking set-up and work next to a branch so will go in tomorrow and try to do it - its for my friends wedding in Canada - I could just change the money and send it with them hanged but it makes sense for them to do the whole lot at once (less fees
) and then put mine in the card I'm going to send
