Vendor's EA left a message on my answerphone this afternoon to say that the vendors have actually offered on ANOTHER property. Don't know what happened to the first one. He says they are 'in negotiations' and will know more Monday afternoon.

He did also say in his message that he would also like to discuss with us our expectations about timescales etc. Durrrr, have been telling him these all along!

Finally, he said that the one they have offered on has no upward chain which would be absolutely bloomin marvellous.
