2. This promotion is open to all residents of the UK and Ireland, aged 18 and over, except for employees of ebookers or my-wardrobe and any of their subsidiaries or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion or their families.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter. By entering the prize draw you agree to receive the ebookers.com newsletter with our best offers, travel tips and deal previews as well as the my-wardrobe.com newsletter. You are free to opt out of both at any time.
4. The closing date for entries is 21st September 2009.
5. The prize is for two economy return flights to Paris travelling from major UK international airports one twin room for two nights at the Marriott Renaissance Paris Arc de Triomphe Hotel, two tickets to the Paul and Joe Runway Show at Paris Fashion Week on October 7th 2009 at 2pm and an allowance of £500 to spend at www.my-wardrobe.com. Travel Prize must be taken October 6th-8th 2009 and £500 must be redeemed by 22nd December 2009. Prize does not include transfers or travel within Paris.
6. Only one entry into each draw will be accepted per person. Entry into this promotion will be deemed to constitute full acceptance of these terms and conditions. No responsibility is assumed for any lost, delayed or incomplete entry forms.
7. Entry instructions form part of the rules. By completing the entry form/entering the prize draw, the prize winner confirms his/her agreement to take part, and allow the use of their name, in any associated publicity.
8. The winner and their companion(s) will be responsible for supplying valid passports and visas and, where necessary, for obtaining appropriate vaccinations and inoculations. It is strongly recommended that travellers take out adequate travel insurance.
9. This prize is non-negotiable, non-refundable and does not include insurance.
10. This prize is non-transferable to any other person and no cash or credit alternatives are possible.

12. The draw will be conducted within 2 days of the closing date.
13. The first prize winner will be the first name drawn at random from all entries submitted from all eligible participants.
14. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 2 days of the closing date, and is required to accept their prize by e-mail within 4 days of notification. Details of how to redeem will be given at this time. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified time period, the winner will forfeit any and all claim to the prize awarded but not accepted. ebookers and my-wardrobe.com reserve the right to deal with the prize unaccepted in such manner as they, in their absolute discretion, think fit. The promoters reserve the right to cancel this promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise out of its control.
15. The promoters may substitute any prize that is awarded pursuant to this promotion as they, in their sole discretion, may determine.
16. The judges' decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The promoters are not liable for any costs, claims, damages or loss suffered by any person as a result of entering this promotion occasioned by any failure, however caused, in the fulfilment of the terms of this promotion, except that no term in this promotion will operate to limit the liability of any party for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
18. If the promoters, in their reasonable opinion, believe that a person is deliberately manipulating entries into this promotion, the promoters may exclude such person from this promotion.
19. If any tax is levied by the Inland Revenue in respect of the award of any prize pursuant to this promotion, such tax levied will be the responsibility of, and paid by, the winner to the Inland Revenue.
20. These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
