When the bank has given a payment as a goodwill gesture does this mean when the test cases and House of lords agree the charges are unfair will the banks have to pay the all monies taken from accounts as charges over the last 5/6 years

There is still further litigation which will determine which terms are unfair and how far back you can claim.0
