Yeah we had the child live with us all winter... And the reason we aren't payint the WHOLE arrears off is i have a new baby, and in all fairness its the CSA's miscalculation why we owe arrears (weve always paid our maintence trust me she hasn't gone without!!!!)
therefore if the CSA is willing to spread the payments over 2 years... INTEREST FREE then why would i pay it off all in one go have better HIGHER rate interest items to pay off first!0 -
nono weve always paid just CSA fudged up the assesement and after we were DONE paying maintence they said we owed a further 3k we have paid 2k in one lump she got this 5 weeks ago and decided to buy a new bed, handbags and other things... not pa the rent.
I have spoken to the CSA it takes over 5 days for them to give her the money and in 3 days shes being evicted. but the ball is in her court to call the CSA. and either tell them we are paying her or we wont pay
no way don't give her money, this won't go on the rent..if she looses the home, offer to take the child until she is sorted, but no i would say you'll be fools to hand money directly to her...Life is about give and take, if you can't give why should you take?0 -
