Removal of supporting wall and brick fence built - how much?

Hi all
I need an internal supporting wall to be removed, it is 4.5M long. Will need an RGJ. Obviously i know its hard to give a quote but any ideas roughly how much it might be.
Also need a fence door replacing and a brick wall building. 1.6M in length.
Any ideas for the price of these jobs?
Also would i need planning permission for the outside brick wall?
Many thanks
