    Will that make a difference tho? Since the email has already been sent and included you as a recipient, the spammers have your details from the sender and don't need you to open or forward it??

    A very good point. It's only the method of forwarding the email that needs to be "addressed". You may as well open them and have a laugh. So long as your AV is up to date there is unlikely to be a problem.
    Try saying "I have under-a-pound in my wallet" and listen to people react!
