flat coke

I have two, nearly full 2l bottles of now flat coca cola sitting in my kitchen, all I know it to be good for is settling nausea. It seems such a waste to pour them down the sink, I was just wondering if any OSers know any other uses for flat cola?

add ice cream to it and mix in, nice ice cream drink and you don't notice its flat!

Drink it, I love flat cola, it tastes better than when it is fizzy

Nigella has a good recipe for ham boiled in Coke, it's really tasty and will give you a good meal, plus a load of delicious leftover ham for sandwiches. I don't think the lack of fizz would be a problem for the recipe!
I'm too new a user to post links but if you Google for "Nigella ham cola" you should find a link to the recipe on the Channel 4 website.

Thanks everyone, very helpful! Was aware of the cleaning pennies etc but couldn't remember if it was supposed to be fizzy or flat.

Yeah this is a great recipe. I do mine in the slow cooker.
