Can 'Arrangement' Fees be Reclaimed?

I've already submitted my claim, and added an arrangement fee to the list with no explanation. I'll leave them to raise it.
To me, it is significant that I needed an 'arrangement fee' for my overdraft extension because they had charged me inordinate amounts for going less than £10 over my overdraft limit. I had no choice but to agree to it.
Where do I stand?
