Outlook Attachments

Is it possible to set Outlook to auto open attachments, Thunderbird allows this but I cannot find an option in Outlook. I have received an email with loads of photos and it's a pain to open each one individually.

    Could always 'save attachements' to a folder and then view them with a picture prog
