Cancel love film?

i wanna cancel my free trial with love film online...i tried clicking on cancel online but they told me to call some no.
does this happen to everyone??

    Yeah I had to ring them as well. It was no problem, they just asked for my reasons for cancelling so I told them I only had it for the free trial and now that it was over, I wanted to cancel!

    you can cancel online but only after 11pm or so I think, otherwise it directs you to call someone who tried to get you to keep the account.

    Just to confirm what asharon said - you can cancel online at night (after 10pm I think). As Beanie said they don't really give you much trouble when you call but I just like to avoid the retention offers etc!

    Thanks for that info, I may try that next time. I am happy with Love Film but I spend a fair bit of time out of the UK, I have been able to cancel and rejoin several times with no hassle
