Radiators - Scrap Value?

Hi everyone,
I have been upgrading our central heating system and, as a result, have 10 radiators ranging from 600mm through to 1600mm in size (mainly doubles, although a couple of singles).
Before I list them on freecycle, do you think they are likely to have any scrap value?
Thanks

Probably not that much scrap value TBH..though the scrap man was happy to take my old bathroom radiator. What condition are they are in ? If they are in decent reuseable condition you could try ebay (buyer collects)..or use in the making of DIY solar panels?

Good afternoon: latest metal prices...alternatively, call up your local metal recycler.

Well according to the local dealer I have been quoted £75 per tonne, so looks like there might be £25 in it for me anyway. Thanks everyone

Is that cleaned out? Or a price in current condition eg covered in paint and filled with limescale and other gunk?I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Current condition apparently, I will report back tomorrow once I have taken them to the yard.

Just to update for anyone interested. I got £28.50 for the radiators today. They were old, painted, rusty in places and still silted up (although obviously most of the liquid was gone). The yard were happy to take them though!
