Anyone else on the Lloyds merry go round?
The one where they hammer you with charges (I got £1200 in a month) then send you to the collections because you are over your od limit.
Then you agree to pay off a certain amount to get back into your agreed od.
Then you leave collections until you incur more charges and are sent a letter asking if you need help.
They then send you back to collections who set up another agreement.

All banks do that Chip so don't feel like you are the only one on the merry go round, cos you definitely aren't.0
