hi, a bit if advice needed please, i have an item finishing later today, the winning bidder has been bidding on it for the last 6 days & has decided this morning that they dont want it anymore. they have asked me to cancel all their bids but i have never had this before. do i cancel them or do they have to retract their own bids?

Either one of you can cancel the bids.

To be correct, it should be you, not them, that cancels them.
Bidders are only allowed to retract bids due to a couple of very specific reasons, and this one doesn't meet the criteria.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0
