hello lovely people...

well been a bit of a day tbh...lots of tears, lots of talking, explaining, listening and walking to various venues round town! Top secret destinations mind and I'd have to shoot you if I told you so best stay schtum for mutual safety!!:cool2: So todays learning lesson is dont wear new shoes (before ANYONE says I got them ages ago but had yet to wear them!) and take a book and a bag...book to read while you wait to see someone and bag for all the bumph! Saw my bestest boy for a couple of hours so mummy could sleep...bless him he is his parents son and I suspect found my flat too warm! Next time must plan and have it cool!

Lots of phone calls this eve but feel better for the decisions made.
Hardest decision, and only one I can express openly, is that I am going to rehome the cats. They cost me a fair bit each month with food, insurance, vets, flea/worm treatment etc and as I need to maximise income and minimise outgoings its an obvious, if brutal and difficult, choice to make and possibly one of the most difficult ever but am hoping I will find homes for them where I can see them or at least know that they are ok.

Once again I end the day knowing that I am loved, have wonderful and caring family and friends...and I will definately sleep well tonight!

Thank you for your lovely messages...they mean alot and its good to know at a time like this that you are thought of.

Def a tough decision on the cats but the right one. LOL new shoes I bet you wanted to feel good so made extra effort - well thats what I do when in serious mode.

Thanks both...didnt get much sleep tbh and have woken up feeling sick (back to rich tea biccies!) and if nothing else the weight is dropping off!! Lots to do today - wash is on, bins to do, litter to do. Mum has said she will have two of the cats so will speak to her tonight and hopefully dotty and poppy will go home with her this w/end..the other two will be easier to rehome as theyre cute! Manu is a pedigree and alfie just gorgeous (although noticed this am that he's getting a podge!!) so thats the hardest bit done in some ways...todaywill get some boxes to start decluttering for car boot on sat and also need to find another tressle table somewhere...

Thanks all...got some boxes and someone is coming at 5 to look at cats...someone known so thats good! Fingers crossed. Someone coming at 3.30 so going to have a quick snooze... The worst thing in all of this is telling people that the flat is being sold...most trying to convince me not to, despite explaining my reasons!

thanks all...lol reading yesterdays post - the sleep well was optimstic! Have been decluttering and sorting. Someone from church came to look at remaining two cats and will let me know asap and if thats no good will invetigate a local rescue home. Mum is taking poppy and dotty at the end of the weekend...poppy sat here next to me...it heartbreaking.
So at this stage if its not nailed down into the box it goes. May be able to share a house with a friend which is potentially good news...just need to investigate the reality and costs. Am being mega frugal with everything where I can and spending minimal ammounts and will use food I have in - thankfully a fair bit so will last a while! Cant think straight so am off to bed...

Hi there,
Didnt sleep and was sick this am so have been to doctors who has given me something that will knock me out! Cant cope with no sleep on a normal day never mind at the moment. I know people have doubts bob but thats ok - its just cos they care. At the end of the day I cant afford the flat and thats all there is to it! As I said to my mum 2 & 2 will never make 6, no matter how much you want them to! More decluttering done with friend from church and ate a sandwich! Definately lost at least a stone so silver lining and all that! Cats all now rehomed...mum will take 2 home on Sunday and the others will go to a lady in church on 23rd where they will be spoiled rotton and hopefully I'll get the odd cuddle! Off to try and sleep...
