I'm back.
Well done Carl Lou.
IA - would you like to pop over and sort some of my creditors?
Just having lunch and then must iron. Seriously behind.0 -

I would offer but as you're (presumably!) not in South Staffs I wouldn't be allowed! Have you been to see your CAB though?bookseller1980 wrote: »I'm back.

I ended up phoning CCCS a couple of months ago. Now in the position of CCCS saying to book in for a review when I have a job :rotfl:and saying they don't talk directly to creditors and the creditors saying they won't negotiate until CCCS have spoken to them. I'm just carrying on sending my £1's.
The business debts/creditors not gone into the equation yet. CCCS told me to phone Business Debtline - I've been trying before and after that but you just queue and get told to ring back and then get cut off after 10 mins.:mad:0 -
I could get a complex about all these blue lights appearing when I emerge!
But I will go and iron instead.0 -

They said it went against data protection? Told me to just sit tight.0 -
Riiiiiiiiiiight... well that's why they should get signed authorisation from you to talk to creditors on your behalf like CAB do... seems pointless doing DMPs etc when they won't talk to the creditors??bookseller1980 wrote: »They said it went against data protection?
