I sold an item on ebay on Sunday, buyer paid on Monday but there is no house number on her paypal payment page. I emailed and asked her to confirm house number but she replied saying she is going on holiday today and could i post it to her mum's address. Told her i couldn't as i wouldn't be covered by paypal but she still won't give me her house number. What should i do? Any advice please.
If you’re British in the living room, what are you in the bathroom? European!

I've used 192.com when I needed to find someones address from a post code. Any help?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Thanks, already done that, it doesn't come up with anything, she didn't even put her surname on account. Only found that when i checked my paypal.
Don't mind no surname but googled the address and it's a road about a mile long!If you’re British in the living room, what are you in the bathroom? European!0 -
ask your buyer if they will add her mums address to her paypal account that way you can post to that address & still be covered, i had this with a buyer overseas they wanted the item posted to a address in england so i got them to add the address so i could send it.0

If she wishes to add another address to paypal you will have to refund her then she will have to repay.. Otherwise that new address will not appear as an option on the transaction. If it was a low value item I would probably just send it if the buyer is being difficult.0

Most of the abay buyers are honest. It's only once in a while that there is a problem with people taking over the accounts - if it is anything valuable - don't send it - tell them you will only send it to paypal confirmed address. they don't need it now if they are on holidays - do they?? ebay will easly remove the negative feedback if it's left on non delivery to the alternative address basis. So don't worry hold the parcel.0
