On the e-on save online plan it states that the discounts are available until october. What happens then? Do you still get any discounts applied to your account?

Hi batley boy,
At the deemed end date of 1 October 2010, you will be transferred on to another online tariff if one is available, if there isn’t a similar tariff available you will be transferred on to the standard unit prices at this time.
Before the tariff is due to end E.ON will write to you with details of what tariff you’ll be put on, as at this time the tariffs available will be known, you will then be able to look around for the next product that suits your needs the best.

If you have an online account with Eon, you should occasionally (monthly) check for new tariffs as they do not email you when new ones become available. You can check unit price and discount online and swtich yourself if you find it cheaper. Remember to enter new gas & electric readings so Eon don't rely on estimated readings for the start of your new tariff rate.0 -

When I was last with EON (and NOT on a fixed tariff/one with an exit fee) it was simple to switch to whatever tariffs were current -- but you had to be practive as the last poster pointed out. What goes around - comes around
