Hope some-one can help me out .
I`ve been sent an Excel file but when I try to print it only prints the part you actually see on the screen and misses all the important info that you need to scroll sisdeways to see .
I`m sure there is a way round this such as simply turning paper from `portrait` to `landscape` or some thing but can`t quite fathom it out .
Can anyone help me out ? Any help at all would be appreciated
Thanks

1st check the print area is set - highlight all info you want to see in the print, then press file - print area - set print area.
you then goto file again and choose print preview.
if you want to change to page orientation to landscape - file again - page set up - and choose landscape.
Hope this makes sense and helps0 -
File - Print Preview (or use magnifying glass icon)
There you will see what you print
If it is not to your liking, use Setup to change portrait to Landscape
Also use Page Break Preview to, well, do exactly that. This shows a view with blue lines and page numbers - click and drag blue lines to make the page to what you want. Don't make them too big, or the writing will, of course, be very small.
Also in the Page Setup, you can specify 'Fit to' for how many pages you want to print onto.

File menu,
Print Area>>Set print area.( you have to highlight the area you wish to print first)
To change print aspect
File menu>>page setup. That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
or even try = file, print preview, set up, and see the option for scaling and select 'fit to 1 page(s) wide by 1 tall' Respect yourself and others will respect you :cool:0
