Is there somewhere for online bereavement counselling/forums?

A friend of mine has lost her best friend really suddenly and she is having trouble coping.
I have not experienced the loss of anyone at all and I do not understand how to say the right things when she emails, if you see what I mean. I wonder if there were any bereavement forums available where she could share her thoughts and feelings rather than taken them out on her hubby, who likewise does not really understand, I thought I might be able to help her in a way by sharing these details with her so she can speak to people who have experienced a loss, someone who can help her sope with her feelings.
I feel a bit of a cop out and helpless that I cannot help her in the way that I want to, that I do not know what to say, but having not experienced this I just feel that I cannot help her through other than 'listen' to her emails.
She does not live in this country so she feels isolated, also that she no longer sees the children because her bf is not there. little things which are having a huge effect on her life. Can anyone help me with some advice for her and is there somewhere I can tell her to go. I have the link for CRUSE so will be sending her that anyway.
Thank you.
