The winning pictures will be chosen by a panel of judges who will judge from all pictures that feature props either from the website or images generated from the Potty Stars tour, within 28 days of the closing date of this competition. Participants agree that the decision of the judges is final on the selection of the winning pictures.

The promoter disclaims responsibility for any entries which are lost, corrupted, or delayed in transmission. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of entry.
The prize winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity.
The winners will be contacted by e-mail within 21 days of the closing date. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner, but if contact cannot be made within 28 days of the closing date, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve picture selected at the same time as the original.
The winner will receive a fancy dress box containing various items for dressing up equivalent to the retail value of a minimum £150. Ten runner up prizes will be awarded equivalent to the value of £25 each. All prizes will be sent to his or her residential address. A cash alternative is not available and the prizes are non transferable. The promoter reserves the right to exchange any prize for one of equal or greater value.
The winners' details (name and county) will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped addressed envelope marked Huggies® Pull-Ups® Potty Stars within 10 weeks of the published closing date to:
