Wilkinsonplus completely messed up my order

Recently moved into a bigger place and won't have to share with one of the children :j so I ordered a Kingsize bed on half price offer from WilkinsonPlus.
On the delivery day the courier called to say a box was damaged so he'd made a decision to re-order that box and deliver the rest. He turned up and delivered 2 boxes. He said the other two would arrive a few days later. A few days later one box turned up but I was still missing the footboard. Several calls to them and days waiting it finally turned up.
Today my husband tried to fit it and despite it saying 'Queen' size same as the other boxes it's a 4'6 board so will not fit. Wilkinsonplus now saying they have discontinued the line and can only collect the bed and issue a refund.
I'm so annoyed, once part of the bed landed up, I realised I really liked the style and ordered the rest of the bedroom furniture to match and assembled that. :mad:
Have managed to track down matching bed on Ebay but will cost around £50 more with delivery, wish I hadn't bothered.

I was a twin mum +2 but have been a twin mum +3 for a few years now.
