BT overcharging - sorted then a new bill!

once BT unilaterally robbed my account of double the monthly rental due to their 'cashcow' change to their billing system. I complained and thought that we had resolved it, which wasn't easy given that i had to be on hold during several calls for over 2 hours. Today i find out that my final bill - instead of confirming the refund now includes the dreaded cancellation charge. I do not intend to accept this - any tips anyone?
