Thanks Sha Sha already got that one!!,
Thanks for all the info asknanswer really helps so fingers crossed!!
Flea, yes we have already informed about my partner being on Mat leave, this is a starnge one, as she earnt about £5850 before mat leave, which equates to about £110 a week, her earnings go up and down as she is a hairdresser and gets paid on commision also, the time in which she was assesed for her maternity pay she was earning well, so pushed her earnings above the limit needed for her to gain SMP which is in the region of about £120 a week.
So on the basis that you discount the first £100 for the time that she is on SMP this takes her estimated yearly earnings for this year to only £2750.
This in return makes our estimated family income for 2009/2010 to roughly £22750.
As i only estimate my earnings to be £20000 as this can be higher or lower due to overtime.
My eldest is 3 and also qualifys for childcare costs as my other half works more then 16 hours a week.
Hope this explains it.0 -
