Make sure you keep all the emails! Dont let her get to you though I guess thats easier said than done!
Have you picked up the dress yet?
Shes probably just seen that you sell DVDs and assuming they are pirate - just trying to annoy you - she sounds abit unstable!Weight Loss - 102lb0 -
Picked up the dress from the post office, it has two small tears on the lining seam but otherwise it's fine, sigh of relief.
I have given her negative feedback but nothing nasty, have no intention of lowering myself to her level.
Ebay asked for all the emails she sent me so I sent them and am now waiting for the outcome.
I told Paypal that the dress had been returned and they have refunded the money to her.
It is the first time I have left negative feedback, when you do it Ebay gives you some hints telling you to consider that people don't always look at their emails every day and to give people chance to respond before you give negative feedback and to possibily think twice before doing so etc. I wish she'd considered that before giving me feedback.

Glad the dress was OK. Your buyer sounds EXACTLY like a nightmare buyer I had just before Xmas - so much so that I suspect it may be the same person with a new Ebay account. I found the best course of action was to completely ignore her emails and letters and she got bored after a couple of weeks.0

When all is over, please do either put her ebay name on the thread or PM it to me so I can put her on my band list. It sounds like we could all do without her!0
