Help mee!!!!

If anyone can shed any light on my situation i would be so gratefull.
I have a mortgage with Natwest and also have PPI with Natwest. I was made redundant in February 2009. For the first three months i did not receive a penny from PPI,then i received three payments at once. My mortgage therefore had not been paid for three months so i incured bank charges for late payments and defaults. Then when i thought the matter of non payments had been resolved,PPI decided to pay my mortgage at diffrent dates each month, knowing full well that the mortgage money had to be taken out on an exact date!!
Now i have serious arrears due to all these bank charges and they have closed my bank account,so PPI (when they decide to pay!!) have nowhere to put the money.
Also i had a direct debit in my bank account to pay my PPI but as my account has been closed i cannot pay. Natwest have refused to credit me any charges back!! Even though it is not my fault these charges have been incurred. I am at my wits end. Where do i stand on this??
