Amazon selling - im banned

I tried to set up a seller account last night but today got a email to says its been closed as its connected to a previous seller which is suspened from selling on amazon.
How do I find out what this is and what Ive done and resolve it?

I suppose the first question has to be have you or your OH ever used Amazon before..if not what about other family members.

OK, so you already had a selling account and you were trying to set up a new one?
That's enough for an Amazon ban I'm afraid, only one selling account per person otherwise they think bad things are happening and ban you.
