Well, yes they would in some circumstances. But as OP has not proven the fault was inherent, Tesco have acted quite well. They could have asked OP to get independent proof of the fault!They didn't really have to do anything at at as it would be well out of waranty.Squirrel!If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you.
